RETURN OF PURCHASED ITEM – CANCELLATION AND REFUND
If upon receipt of an order you wish to withdraw from the conclusion of the contract for items ordered through the SmartHome Web Shop, you have the option to exercise this right within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of receipt of the shipment, compared to the shorter period stipulated by the Consumer Protection Act of 14 (fourteen) days.
If you have ordered more than one item and in that case you had a split order, the period for unilateral termination of the contract is calculated from the moment of receipt of each item separately.
In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, you have the right to exchange the item for a different size, another item or a refund.

After 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of receipt of the shipment, the consumer loses the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
REFUND PROCEDURE
If, after receiving the item, you find that it is unsuitable and you want a refund, you need to contact us at 067 412 608 or by sending an email to office@smarthome.co.me. It is necessary that at that moment you have the invoice with you, which contains the account/order number, as well as the current account number to which the payment will be made. Payment of funds is made to a current account in one of the banks in Montenegro.
When returning goods, it is mandatory to return the goods in a proper and unused condition.
For the purpose of returning the item, we will send a courier from the Post of Montenegro to your address to collect the defective item and deliver it to us.
Upon receipt of the product, a check will be made to determine whether the product is correct and undamaged. If it is determined that the product is defective or damaged in the possession of the buyer, the return will be rejected and the product will be returned to the buyer. Otherwise, a payment will be made to the current account number.
The ordered item, without prior contact and agreement with the operators in the Online Store, cannot be left in one of the retail stores on your own initiative.
DELIVERY COSTS
When returning funds, there are costs for courier services in the amount of €5, which are borne by the buyer. In the event of receiving a defective or damaged item, the buyer is exempt from them.
REFUND DEADLINE
The buyer can initiate the refund procedure no later than 21 days from the receipt of the product. After that, the deadline for the refund is 15 days from the moment the buyer submits the request.
PAYMENT OF MONEY
The financial service makes the payment of money in two terms, Tuesday and Thursday (does not apply to public holidays).

The payment of money is made to a current account in one of the banks in Montenegro.
