ITEM REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE


If, after receiving the item, you find that it is unsuitable and you want to exchange it for another size or another item of the same or different price category, you need to contact us at 067 412 608 or by sending an email to the e-mail address office@smarthome.co.me. It is necessary that at that moment you have the invoice with you, which contains the invoice/order number, as well as the code and size of the desired replacement item.


When returning the goods, it is mandatory to return the goods in good and unused condition.


For the purpose of implementing the replacement of the item, we send a courier from the Post of Montenegro to your address to collect the unsuitable item and deliver it to us.


Upon receipt of the product, a check will be made to ensure that the product is correct and undamaged. If it is determined that the product is defective or damaged in the possession of the buyer, the replacement will be rejected and the product will be returned to the buyer. Otherwise, we will send the requested replacement item to the buyer's address.


An ordered item cannot be exchanged on its own initiative in any of the retail stores without prior contact and agreement with the operators in the Online Store.


DELIVERY COSTS


When making an exchange, there are costs for courier services in the total amount of €3, which are borne by the buyer. In the event of receiving a defective or damaged item, the buyer is exempt from these costs.


REPLACEMENT DEADLINE


The buyer can initiate the procedure for replacing the item no later than 21 days from the receipt of the product. After that, the deadline for replacing the item is 15 days from the moment the buyer submits the request.
