Used products
If a purchased and used product is found to be non-compliant with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, you must contact us by calling 067 412 608 or by sending an email to office@smarthome.co.me with information including your name and surname, order number, item code, and the problem/damage to it.
For the purpose of processing a complaint, we will send a courier from the Post of Montenegro to your address to collect the item that is the subject of the complaint and deliver it to our committee responsible for resolving the complaints. The deadline for resolving complaints/complaints is 8 days from the date of receipt of the item. We will send a notification of the decision on the complaint to the buyer's email address specified in the order. In the absence of such a request, a copy of the decision will be sent by mail to the home address.
Unused products
If you have received a shipment and after opening it you find that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is not correct, you need to contact us, no later than 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the shipment, at 067 412 608, or by sending an email to office@smarthome.co.me with a description of the problem.
The decision on the complaint of conformity is made by the commission responsible for resolving all complaints at the SmartHome, Montenegro level.
The deadlines for complaints are in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection of Montenegro - Article 26 (Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 2/2014).
